IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Animal Hospital of High Park Clients,

During these unprecedented times of the global pandemic, we regret to inform you that one of our staff members has tested positive for Covid-19.

In light of this, we will be closed until January 27th 2021 Wednesday to allow for mandatory staff Covid-19 testing, and clinic wide disinfection. Our closing date might further extend pending instructions from the Ministry of Health.

In order to do our part and to keep our community safe, these are the steps that we are taking to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients.

  1. All staff members are being tested for Covid-19 as soon as possible.
  2. The entire clinic will be professionally disinfected by an external cleaning company.
  3. We understand that the welfare of your pets are also important, and we will try to re-open as soon as possible. When we re-open, we will be staffed only by team members who have tested negative for Covid-19.
  4. In the event of our re-opening, we will continue doing only curb side pickups of pets.
