Appointment Policy

Regularly scheduled appointments should be made by phoning 416-763-4200. If an emergency should arise during our working hours, please make every effort to phone ahead. This will allow us to make arrangements to assure that our veterinary staff is ready for you. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all pets must be properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

Dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Reptiles and all small mammals should be in an appropriate carrier with adequate ventilation and warmth.

Birds shall be housed in an appropriate carrier to provide protection from cold, fright fits, and other pets.  Please bring in a sample of the current daily droppings presented by the pet on newspaper to give to veterinary staff.
